The first market we focused on was automating libraries of all kinds and sizes, with the very latest information technology. The basis for this is our integrated library management software LIBERO, which has been implemented using the Caché database technology. Standardisation, modern programming techniques, and a clear support concept has enabled us to provide the most favourable price strategy, making LIBERO affordable for all kind of libraries. There are now LIBERO installations, in public, corporate, special, and academic libraries. The LIBERO installations range from small libraries with a few thousand titles to libraries supporting huge networks with a number of servers, hundreds of library workstations, e.g. 20,000 system users over an intranet with 8 million records.

In response to our corporate customers demands, we developed FILERO, a Web-Based, Integrated, Enterprise Information Management System (EIMS), that can support thousands of users. FILERO has been architecturally designed, from the very outset, to deliver this integrated capability from a common platform, and also to be platform independent. The system provides a browser based, single point of content access and administration, for all the Enterprise Information. FILERO can be easily adapted to organizations processes, and IT environments, so that the following systems can be easily installed, in a phased implementation, at a cost that customers can afford.
